With two strong design profiles, Best Farm offers a robust solution for the cast iron floor in both farrowing pens, weaner units and porker units. The extra thickness of the T-profile ensures a longer service life. The oval profile provides an extra tread surface.

OVAL PROFILE
Cast iron slat with oval profile for the farrowing pen. As the slat has a larger beam width, it provides a larger tread surface for the sow. The oval construction ensures a dry surface.
The slat is made of Spherulitic Graphite, which gives more strength and longer durability for the slat. With support from each side, the cast iron slat can lay alongside the plastic slat floor.
